Bill:  I'd tune that amp before the contest for the middle of each of 
the three bands and mark the place where it tunes for each band on each 
of the two tuning controls.  There should be no need to retune within a 
given band unless there is something very narrow about your transmit 
antenna.  Then you switch to another band and move the band switch and 
then the two controls to your pre-marks.  Watch your output meter and 
adjust slightly if needed.  I keep the meter for general operation 
reading the grid current so I can be sure it doesn't get too high.

By the middle of each band, I'd say about 037 khz on each of the three 
bands.  I assume there is some activity in the Extra class segment, but 
not a whole lot and the activity usually tops out about 060 to 065 khz.
