This Week's Contests:

1.  CWOps Club CWT Mini Tests.  Every Wednesday. Three separate one-hour 
mini-tests.  1300Z, 1900Z, 0300Z (Thurs local date).  160-10M CW. 
Exchange:  Name + CWops # or SPC.  Look around 028 kHz on each band.

2.  NCCC RTTY Sprint Practice.  0145 to 0215Z Friday (Thursday night 
local date).  15, 20, 40, 80, 160M RTTY.  100W maximum power.  One/one 
kHz QSY rule. Exchange:  both calls, #, name, SPC.  Look around 080 kHz 
and up from 1805 kHz.  Same band dupes OK after one intervening QSO.

3.  NCCC NS CW Sprint Practice.  0230-0250Z Friday (Thursday night local 
date).  20, 40, 80, 160M CW.  100W maximum power.  One/one kHz QSY rule. 
  Exchange:  both calls, #, name, SPC.  Look around 040 kHz on each band 
plus up from 1815 kHz.  For this week and next week only, same band 
dupes OK after one intervening QSO.

4.  Stew Perry Top Band Distance Challenge.  1500Z Sat to 1500Z Sun, 14 
hours maximum operating time.  160M CW only.  Exchange:  4-character 
grid square.  Power multipliers.  Lots of plaques.  This is a fun 
contest with a lot of domestic activity and rewards for long distance QSOs.

5.  RAEM Contest.  0000Z to 1159Z Sun (Saturday night local date). 
80-10M CW.  Exchange:  serial # + Latitude + Longitude.  Abbreviations 
for directions:  N, S, W, and O for East.  Work everyone.  A lot of 
Europeans will turn out for this one and there is usually a lot of 
action on 80 and 40M.

6.  Phone Fray. Every Tuesday night.  0230-0300Z.  15, 20, 40, 80, 160M 
SSB.  100W maximum power.  No QSY rule.  Exchange:  Name + SPC.

7.  CWTs every Wednesday night.  See #1 above.
