160-10M CW, SSB, RTTY, BPSK63. Exchange: RS(T)(Q) + QSO # or s
character Russian oblast abbreviation. Work everyone. You can't work
the same station on a different mode until three minutes have passed.
Everyone is to have no more than 10 band changes per hour.

5. Florida QSO Party. 1600Z Sat to 0159Z Sun; 1200Z to 2159Z Sun. 40

will be QRV as W4AN/M in many FL counties. We expect to be able to QSY

ask us to QSY to another open band. We should be able to be QRV during
the day on 40M more often and more easily than we have been in the past
when we had to stop and change resonators to change bands. Note there
is no 80M operation in this contest.
