Do you need to work more TN counties?
Need more states for WAS?
Need to add to your DXCC total?
Do you like to work mobile?
Would you like to do a NPOTA activation?
Do you enjoy…
Phone?
CW?
Digital?
All of them?
Do you have…
A major contest station?
100 watts & a vertical?
5 watts & a wire?
Does your club need an activity?
Would you like to do a portable operation without the heat & misery of
Field Day?
Short and relaxed, the TNQP is a contest if you choose to compete, or
just a fun operating event. You set your own goals.
Whichever way to you choose to participate, there will be plenty of
stations on the air looking for YOU!
We have a special need for mobiles to help activate some counties. Could
you help?

Club Competition:
No residency requirement for club participation. No requirement for
entrants within a club to live in (or operate from) any particular
geographic radius. A club need not have any formal structure. Entrants
wishing their scores to count towards club competition must ensure the
name of their club appears on their entry. (Most contest software will
take care of this automatically).
Clubs whose members are all inside Tennessee will participate in one
competition; those whose members are all outside the state will compete
with other outside-Tennessee clubs. If a club submits entries from both
inside and outside Tennessee, they will be treated as two separate clubs.
The Tennessee Contest Group is not eligible for club competition.
Scoring:
3 points per QSO, regardless of mode.
Multipliers:
95 TN counties
49 states (except TN)
13 provinces/territories
DXCC entities
Please submit a log, even if you are not competing! It helps us gauge
participation and fine tune rules. Check the TNQP web site for
submission options:
If you answered YES to ANY of these, then the
Tennessee QSO Party
is the place to be!
