Hello all:

Sorry to be so early this week, as I may miss some scores and have to
report them next week, but I am about to spend four days out of town and
sending this report on my office laptop is very difficult. So, this is
sort of a rush job and I will add any other scores to next week's report.

good turn out for these sprints and they are a lot of fun.

of activity in this one centering around 025 kHz on each band.

8. UK/EI DX Contest, SSB. 1200Z Sat to 1200Z Sun. 80-10M SSB.
Exchange: RS + serial # (+ District Code for UK/EI stations). Work
everyone.

9. Maine QSO Party. 1200Z Sat to 1200Z Sun. 160-10 M CW, Phone.
Exchange: RS(T) + S/P/DX or Maine County.

10. North American Sprint Contest, SSB. 0000-0400Z Sun (Sat night
local date). 20, 40, 80M SSB. Exchange: boht calls, #, name, SPC. 1/5
kHz QSY rule. We can enter teams in this contest. If anyone wants to
be on a SECC team, please let me know ASAP and I'll register the team(s)
before the contest starts. This contest has seen renewed interest in
recent years and can be a lot of fun as no one can "sit" on a frequency
and hold it for callers to come in as each station must QSY after the
second QSO on a frequency and after the first QSO if you have called CQ.

11. 220 MHz Fall Sprint. 1900-2300 local time Tuesday of next week.
220 mHz band any mode. Exchange: 4 digit grid square.

12. Straight Key Century Club Week Day Sprint (SKS). 0000-0200Z
Wednesday of next week (Tuesday night local date). 160-10M CW.
Exchange: RST, SPC, Name, SKCC# or "NONE." Bonus station this month is
N9EEN.

13. Phone Fray every Tuesday. See #2 above.

14. CWTs. Every Wednesday. See #3 above.

Hope everyone has a nice week and weekend and a lot of QSOs. 73, John,
K4BAI.
