Exchange: RST + SPC + Name + SKCC# or "NONE." Bonus station is Randy,
N8KQ.
2. Phone Fray. Every Tuesday night local date. 0230-0259Z Wed. 15,
20, 40, 80, 160M SSB. 100W power limit. Mults count per band. Use
your NAQP SSB contest module. Exchange: Name + SPC. Look around
21325, 14250, 7175, 3800 and 1875 kHz.
3. CWOpe Club CWT Mini Tests. Every Wednesday local date. Three
separate one-hour mini-tests. 1300Z, 1900Z, 0300Z (Thursday UTC date).
160-10M CW. Exchange: Name + CWOps# or SPC. Look around 028 to 048
kHz and lower on 160M.
4. NCCC RTTY Sprint. Every Thursday night local date. 0145-0215Z
Friday. 15, 20, 40, 80, 160M RTTY. Maximum power 100W. Exchange: both
calls, #, name, SPC. One/one kHz QSY rule.Same dupes OK after one
intervening QSO. Look around 080-082 kHz on each band and up from 1805
kHz on 160M.
5. NCCC NS Sprint. Every Thursday night local date. 0230-0259Z Friday.
15, 20, 40, 80, 160M CW. Maximum power 100W. Exchange: both calls,
#, name, SPC. One/one kHz QSY rule. No same band dupes allowed. Look
around 039-046 kHz and up from 1815 kHz on 160M.
6. CQ World Wide RTTY DX Contest. 48 hours of weekend UTC. 80-10M
RTTY. Exchange: RST + CQ Zone + US state or Canadian area. Only RST +
CQ Zone for those outside of US and Canada.
7. Maine QSO Party. 1200Z Sat to 1200Z Sun. 160-10M CW, Ph. Exchange:
RS(T) + S/P/DX or ME county.
8. 222 MHz Fall Sprint. 1900-2300 Local Time Tuesday, Oct 1. 222 MHz
any mode. Exchange: 4 character grid square.
Not too many CW/Ph contests on this fourth weekend in September. I
wonder if this might not be a better choice for the Alabama QSO Party.
I guess not since so many ACG members like RTTY. Hope everyone has a
nice weekend and a lot of QSOs even if they are not in contests.
