1. 1. QRP Fox Hunt. This is the last hunt of the season. 80M. Two
QRP Foxes will be calling between 3550 and 3570 kHz. 5W max power.
Exchange: RST, SPC, Name, Power. Work only the two foxes and do not
report their frequencies. Foxes will be WB4OMM, STEVE, FL and K9CW,
DREW, IL.
2. NCCC RTTY Sprint. Every Thursday night local date. 0145-0215Z
Friday. 15, 20, 40, 80, 160M RTTY. 100W max power. One/one kHz QSY
rule. Exchange: both calls, #, name, SPC. Same band dupes OK after
one intervening QSO. Look around 082 kHz and up from 1805 kHz on 160M.
3. NCCC NS Sprint. Every Thursday night local dae. 0230-0259Z Friday.
15, 20, 40, 80, 160M CW. 100W max power. One/one kHz QSY rule.
Exchange: both calls, #, name, SPC. No same band dupes permitted. Look
around 040 to 045 kHz and up from 1815 kHz on 160M.
4. K1USN Slow Speed Test. Friday. 2000-2100Z. 20, 40, 80, 160M. CW.
Exchange: Name + SPC. Max speed 20 WPM. Look around 029 to 043 kHz on
each band. You can use your NAQP CW logging program. Just add to the
multipliers for any countries worked outside North America. Then
recompute your final score.
5. Louisiana QSO Party. 1400Z Sat to 0200Z Sun. 160-2M CW/Dig, Ph.
Exchange: RS(T) + SPC or LA Parish. Bonus points for a QSO with N5LCC.
Overlay categories for wires, tribander-wires, and POTA. K4BAI needs:
East Carroll, Claiborne, Blenville, Jackson, Caldwell, Sabine, Allen,
Pointe Coupee, St. Charles, and Placemines Parishes. Suggested
frequencies: CW: Up 40 kHZ + 50.095 and 144050 kHz. SSB: 1865, 3865,
7255, 14255, 21365, 28465, 50135, and 144210 kHz.
6. Mississippi QSO Party. 1400Z Sat to 0200Z Sun. 160-2M CW, SSB,
RTTY, FT4/8. Exchange: RST + SPC or MS county. On FT4/8 exchange is 4
digit grid square. No suggested frequencies.
7. SP (Poland) DX Contest. 160-10M CW, SSB. Exchange: RS(T) + serial
# or one letter SP province. 1500Z Sat to 1500Z Sun. Work only Polish
stations (SP-SR, HF, 3Z prefixes).
8. EA (Spain) RTTY Contest. 1600Z Sat to 1600Z Sun. 80-10M RTTY.
Exchange: RST + serial # or EA Province. Work everyone.
9. North American Sprint, SSB. 0000-0400Z Sun (Sat night local date).
20, 40, 80M SSB. Exchane: both calls, #, name, SPC. NA stations work
everyone. There is a team competition. We have three for a team and
can have five, so we need at least two more volunteers to fill out a
team. One/five kHz QSY rule.
10. K1UST Slow Speed Test (SST). 0000-0100Z Monday (Sunday night local
date). See # 4 above.
11. 144 mHz Spring Sprint. 1900-2300 local time Monday. Exchange: 4
character grid square. 2 meters any mode.
12. Adventure Radio Society Spartan Sprint. 0100-0300Z Tuesday (Monday
night local date). 80-10M CW. 5W max power. Exchane: RST, SPC, power.
13. CWOps Club CWT Tests. Every Wednesday local date. 1300Z, 1900Z,
0300Z (Thursday UTC date). Three separate one-hour contests. 160-10M
CW. Exchange: Name + CWOps# or SPC. Look around 023-053 kHz on each
band, but lower on 160M.
