[Skimmertalk] Skimmer use places op in Assisted category for CQWW

I hope the CQWW Committee has the balls to apply the
same standard to CQ decoders and duplex receivers of
all kinds - including the decoder built into WriteLog
(not that I'm picking on WriteLog) and duplex receivers
when used for SO2R.
To discriminate against a CW decoder or duplex receivers
when used to search for new stations to work but not when
the same technology is used with the operator's hand on
the knob is complete BULLSHIT and completely cowardly.
If the same standard had been applied 25 years ago,
radio sport would not have computer logging, memory
keyers, voice keyers, SO2R, auto-tune amplifiers and
many of the other tools most serious operators expect.
This decision is nothing but gutless capitulation to
the same kind of unthinking, anti-change mob mentality
that has resulted in witch trials, the Inquisition and
fuels radical Islam today.
