[Skimmertalk] Contests Allowing Skimmer in Single Op

Now that ARRL and CQ have set the precedent that local Skimmers are
permitted, though in Assisted Unlimited, or Multi-op classes, I thought it
might be interesting to see what it would mean if that precedent were
applied across the board in major contests.

One group of major contests makes no distinction between Single Op and
Single Op Assisted or Unlimited classes, so it seems reasonable that these
contests will permit Skimmers in all classes. They are:

WAE, Russian DX, RDA, All Asia, CQ-M, HA DX, Japan International DX, LZ DX,
SP DX, UPA DX and YO DX.

Another small group of contests does not permit packet, so it seems
reasonable to assume they won't permit local Skimmers either:

EU HF and SAC.

Finally, one group of contests permits packet but classifies it with
multi-ops, so it's reasonable to assume that the same will apply to local
Skimmers:

ARRL 10, ARRL 160, CQ 160, and RAC Canada Day.

Just FYI.
