[Skimmertalk] Skimmer and Live Audio

I just realized that because of the way I phrased the last paragraph of my 
reply to K5GO, it could be read to accuse KC1XX or K3LR of running 
superpower.  I did not, and do not, intend that.  I believe that both, as 
well as their close competitors, are fully legal.  I was thinking of some 
of the beacons from abroad that open every band in DX contests, in response 
to Stan's comment about the 30 dB difference between received signals.

Sorry for any confusion.
