[Skimmertalk] NS3T Skimmer experience - frequent false ID as CQing when really S&P

Great data, Jamie - IMO, this is the #1 operational problem with Skimmer
that needs to be fixed, or at least ameliorated, before the spring
contests. I'm copying this to Alex to make sure he's aware of it.
