Joe,
Skimmer allows today multiple CW decoding, band map on-site creation along
with call-sign verification. You suggest, it's just addenda to a normal SO
operation.
With some more programmer's work there might come the following:
1. exchange population into a respective field in the logging program
2. automatic spots' analisys and respective QSY of the radio to a new mult
or correspondent
3. same as (Ch.2) + activation of the [MYCALL] macro after the new mult
finishes a QSO or a CQ call
4. if the new mult/corr answers to the [MYCALL] holder, i.e. to you, then
(Ch.1) + [EXCH] macro activation
5. if a QSL message from the correspondent follows, then [LOG] macro
activation.
Do you think, these things are still appropriate for SO, or a line should be
drawn somewhere? If so, where? And why?
73,
Vladimir VE3IAE
