I have seen occasional memory runaways in Skimmer - on one occasion, I
recall it got over 100 megabytes on one of the two processes - but there
does not seem to be any direct correlation between the amount of CPU
resources being burned and the amount of memory committed. Really a puzzle
- I was thinking that perhaps the program sometimes drops into a loop that
burns endless CPU cycles until somehow it is disabled, either through
restarting the program or changing some operating parameter. The problem
with this theory is that sometimes it *starts* up in CPU-hog mode. Puzzling!
