[Skimmertalk] My vfo doesn't agree with the signal trace

using a Flex5K

Running CWS in SoftRock-IF at 96kHz

I can decode 4u1un who cluster says is at 14.034.99
and my vfo agrees as they are in my cw filter passband.

But, the CWS display shows the signal is at 14.031.1+ even though the 
digital display at the top of CWS shows 14.034.99 which  agrees with cluster 
and my vfo.

the match doesn't work out for filter offset

what am I missing here
