[Skimmertalk] Skimmer Signal Detection Levels

I have to agree. Since I first heard of CW Skimmer I've wanted to be
able to use it for unattended gathering of band activity for later
propagation analysis, and having the callsign and SNR both available in
the data stream would be terrific.
