[Skimmertalk] Up/down arrows

v1.5 with Perseus v2.1.When I click the up arrow the frequency 
increases, but when I click the down arrow the same thing happens. i.e. 
I can't get the frequency to decrease. On e.g. 40m if I double click in 
the frequency pane the frequency changes to 7001 ( in CW mode), but then 
clicking the down arrow INCREASES that to 7003 and so on.

Am I doing something wrong?
