[Skimmertalk] New RBN-OPS Yahoo group

I thought it would be good to have a venue for discussions among Reverse 
Beacon Network Skimmer operators, and between them and the RBN team 
working on the future evolution of the system, so I've set up this group 
to facilitate that.  If you haven't already gotten an invitation to 
join, that's because Yahoo limits invitations to 50 per day, but don't 
hesitate to sign up - everyone is welcome, even if you haven't joined 
the RBN yet.
