[Skimmertalk] CW Skimmer v1.5 and Super Check Partial Filtering

Thank you to Pete and Jeff for their quick responses.
For others, I removed 1.5 through the Control Panel and then ran the
version 1.4 setup.exe. Everything went smoothly and all the settings
etc. were retained.
But I do miss the auto start feature in 1.5
