[Skimmertalk] Skimmer and logging

The skimmer server keeps a log file of all spots, unfortunately it doesn't
have dates, only times.  The original skimmer doesn't do that  My Wintelnetx
can create a log file of spots from a telnet connection to the skimmer, but
it would not have dates either, just the spot time.  you could also use my
wintelnetx to feed the spots to a cluster program like ar-cluster or
dxspider to create a database of spots that would be dated.
