[Skimmertalk] Words that trigger recognition as CQing

Are you saying that word "CQ" must be part of a 256 character text or that 
just those words listed constitute a CQ or what? So if I just send QRZ de 
N4LQ will that be recognized as a CQ with actually sending CQ?
