[Skimmertalk] RBN spots analyses tool as signal quality checker

I was operating in UBA part time and ran into interesting feature of RBN 
spot analyses tool.
Check 26th of Feb OL5Q. The call sign in question is R3ZZ who was single 
band 40m entry.
Analyses of SNR and frequency shows that his signal for some time was 
observable on several frequencies at the same time. Besides these multiple 
signals correlate very well with the appearance of the second harmonic. 
Similar picture is found on other skimmers (UA9CLB, DK9IP)
Interestingly the problem is not permanent. It appears that in the beginning 
of the contest his signal was OK. Then he probably decided to overdrive his 
linear to get more room on the band. Anyway this small discovery of mine 
shows how useful this new beta tool can be.
