[Skimmertalk] RBN spots analyses tool as signal quality checker

Tom, in case of R3ZZ all the skimmers show similar picture. Besides I myself
heard R3ZZ on at least 3 different frequencies aprox 1 khz up and down the
main frequency. These ghost signals were some 30 db down the main signal.
