[Skimmertalk] [ar-cluster] Skimmer and cluster node problems and changes

I should have finished reading the notes first... My ar-cluster 6 node now
has 2 telnet ports, 7373 defaults to having skimmer spots, 7374 defaults to
not having them.  You can change the default using the new filter commands.
