[Skimmertalk] CPU for Skimmerserver

Welcome to the group.  An additional data point:

I use a Q8300 dedicated to SkimServer on Windows XP.  This chip has a
Passmark CPU grade of 3100, more than Alex's minimum (or the chip you are
considering) but not as high as his recommended chip.  It works just fine
except for CQWW CW contest when it runs out of steam.  I am planning on
replacing it.
