[Skimmertalk] Best Way to Capture All Spots?

What is the easiest way to capture a continuing list of all spots made by CW
Skimmer? The Skimmer Server software keeps a log of all spots, but CW
Skimmer apparently does not. 

Someone has asked me how he might collect a list of all spots from his CW
Skimmer so that he might study propagation trends at his location. I
suggested that a telnet client with the ability to log activity might be
best, but which is the easiest for someone (who may not be very computer
literate to use?
