Hello Martin and Dick,
I,ve had the same problem when changing severs.
I found I need to close all servers and then cycle power to the QS1R.
Not ideal, but gets you going.

Thanks for your first answers :
- I only provided the screenshot of the SDRMAXV to show that it works.
Prior to run Skimmer Server I exit it using "stop" and "exit".
- I have already tried changing the regional settings from French to
English (US) without any improvement.
