[Skimmertalk] New, Improved RBN Aggregator Available

A new Aggregator, version 2.01 has just been publicly released, and can 
be downloaded from <http://www.reversebeacon.net/genn.php?a=aggregator>.

It adds a number of features that will enhance the RBN's performance in 
upcoming CW contests, including automatic scheduled rotation of band 
selection for both regular and contest operation, and a bad call 
filtering feature to help cull out junk spots caused by local RFI, 
especially in multi-ops.  Our thanks to Dick, W3OA for all his hard work 
on this!
