[Skimmertalk] RBN Freq Shift in WT Bandmap with K3

When I pick skimmer spots off the Wintest bandmap, the returned frequency is off by 300 to more than 600 cycles on my K3. This occurs on 15 and 10 meters. Anyone see anything like this?
