[Skimmertalk] Additions to RBN Raw Data Files

I'm happy to report that Felipe, PY1NB has added mode, speed and SNR to 
the RBN web site's downloadable raw data files, so that RTTY/PSK 
enthusiasts will now be able to see these attributes of each spot.  At 
this moment, only spots from yesterday forward have the added data.  
He's currently running a script to convert the files from 2012 onwards, 
but it will take a couple of hours to finish the job.
