[Skimmertalk] Additions to RBN Raw Data Files (more)

Data back to the beginning of 2011 have now been converted.  Perhaps 
repeating the obvious, but one use of these data, even for non-digital 
folks, is comparing the performance of your Skimmer to the acknowledged 
kings, like WZ7I. Download a day's data, sort in Excel by DX and then by 
spotter callsign, and you can see how your SNR compared with his.
