[Skimmertalk] Spots without calling CQ

Well, if anyone can pinpoint which Skimmers do this, I'll be all over
them. There may be one or two SkimServs that are using minimal rather
than normal validation or higher. That is the only possible source I can
see. That said, I was spotted a few times yesterday while S&P - maybe 4
times in 1000 QSOs.
