[Skimmertalk] CW Skimmer and EMU 0204 problem

Hello

if someone has performed at a similar problem when using CW Skimmer and EMU
0202 or 0204?

I got the info from Alex VE3NEA may have a driver
be this may be because some time ago I changed the motherboard and not
uninstalled the old drivers and maybe this whole thing 

bites you have an idea on how to clean up system of old drivers without
reinstalling your install Windows XP ....
