[Skimmertalk] Suggestion: remove ++/-- from default CW messages to help RBN/CW Skimmer work better

(Answering a question first posted in the DXLog.net reflector by OE1EMS,
see below).

Braco,

CW Skimmer uses a pattern file to determine what "looks like" a reasonable
callsign. On my Windows XP computer it is located in

c:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application
Data\Afreet\Reference\Patch3Ch.lst

but the location varies based on userid and Windows version.

Here are the entries in Patch3CH.lst for E7 prefixes:

  E72@@
+ E73@@
  E73@@@
+ E74@@
  E74@@@
  E75@@
  E76@@
+ E77@@
  E78@@

So if you signed E77DX instead of E7DX you would be spotted much more
often. CW Skimmer thinks E7DX is a busted call. That is why it rarely
spots it.

Bob, N6TV
