[Skimmertalk] Whats the mean of the mode OTHER

[Dai NAGAKURA]

I understand K0WL station collects from normal DX spots by hand
and automatically redirect back to DX cluster.

e.g  when JF2IWL was spotted on 50110 with comment "Scatter"
He spots this 51110 JF2IWL OTHER sc
