[Skimmertalk] IBP beacon by CW Skimmer

Dear members.

de JF2IWL, Dai from central Japan.

I started IBP beacon pick up besides QS1R normal skimmer with
another SDR
I can see some beacons on the CW Skimmer's WF,
However, It does not decode.

My system is:
WinXP3 ,CW Skimmer1.8 .SDR=AFEDRi by 4Z5LV Alex,
Watch.lst is in same folder of CW skimmer.

CQ only check is unbuttoned.
Band width of AFEDRi SDR is 24kHz 

It can decode normal station and can up to RBN by Aggregator3.0.
I wonder what is wrong ?
