[Skimmertalk] CQ and DE calls in RTTY Skimmer Server and CW Skimmer Server

I have always operated these software packages set to telnet only CQ
calls.  But recently I had reason to be interested in the "DE" calls as
well so I changed the ini files and used telnet to access the software
directly.  In addition to those calls accompanied by "CQ" or "DE" I get a
lot of calls without either tag.

Is the fidelity of these calls that are not tagged "DE" or "CQ" determined
with the same rigor as the tagged calls or are these untagged telnet spots
for calls which cannot be determined with the certainty that meet the
criteria for "Normal" or "Aggressive" filtering?

I am afraid my questions are not clear.  Can I be reasonably certain that
the untagged calls have been accurately decoded?
