Hi Bill:

Here is what I am going to run for the WPX contests.ini

I certainly make no guarantee it is the best possible file.  It is
patterned after the Alex's SARTG file.  It is the result of my ideas and
 some of Mark's, N2QT but Mark's file may be different.  My statistical
probability factors at the end of each line are not based on data but
estimates from Alex's other contest files and the number of QSOs reported
in in the logs of previous WPX contests.
