[Skimmertalk] Help with Skimmer server

Hi Mike - I have found that Skimmer Server and RTTY Skimserv will not 
load properly on the QS1R if it has SDRMAX V loaded.  The cure is simple 
- just unplug the power to the QS1R for 5 seconds or so, power it back 
on and try again.  That *may* not be the case you'ere encountering, but 
it's worth a try. As I recall, when the program can't load into the 
QS1R, it says that explicitly.

I suggest that you get CW Skimmer Server running and then add RTTY 
Skimserv.  The addition of CWSL_Tee and CWSL_Skimserv to the mix can 
lead to some confusing errors until you get the frequency segmentsand 
rate matched
