[Skimmertalk] qs1r sharing?

Ok, will wait... cw contest this weekend anyway. It would be nice to not show up as 'other' for a mode from the rbn though.

The CPU consumption is a real challenge. My Skimmer machine is an AMD that is about 3/4 the passmark of a good i7, and it was struggling to handle 4 192-KHz bands last weekend. I plan to do some experiments - it may be that 96 KHz bands, properly centered, will be OK, and may help some.

This morning, I posted my hope that I'd be finished documenting the newest Aggregator, which includes ini rotation for both normal and contest use for both Skimservs. However, the Agg appears to need a little more work, and I haven't finished the draft instructions, so please bear with us.
