[Skimmertalk] SDR Failure: usb:control_msg failed

Ron, when you switch from SDRMAXV to either Skimserv, do you power off 
the QS1R momentarily to clear its FPGA?  I have to do that here when 
switching to SkimServ.  SDRMAXV loads over SkimServ correctly, but not 
vice versa.
