[Skimmertalk] Notification if no spots are sent

I just noticed that my skimmer stopped spotting.  Not sure when.  I had 
to reboot the computer.

Is there any mechanism people are using to alert them to something like 
this happening?

Also is there any chance of having Aggregator start skim server and rtty 
server so you only have to have one program in startup...or better yet 
have aggregator start on startup?
