[Skimmertalk] Two instances of CWskimmer in Win7?

I used to run two instance of CWSkimmer under WinXP.  There was a separate .ini file 
for each instance in its respective folder.  Under Win7 it looks like it installs in the \user
folder so my two instances of CWSKIMMER point to the same ini with the expected
resulting confusion.  The help file indicates it is possible to specify the location for the
ini file on the command line.  I have tried to embed this in the shortcut for cwskimmer but
I can't make it work.

Has anyone run two instances of cwskimmer on win7(8)?

How did you do it?  (Please).
