The agenda (or problem) is that
Compareing RBN with DXA , Skimmer captures many Fakes
which is calling CQ with normal pattern (not DN).
In this case, RBN wolud be never , rather not excact data.
Although split down operation is unique, rare,
I think it had better DN keyword be added skimmer algorithm
in future.
