Hi Nathan -
Suggest your instructions for the Red Pitaya include installing the
input jumper between pins 2 and 5.

Hi again,
For some more context, we are working on writing-up a how-to document for setting up a multiband skimmer for hamsci.org<http://hamsci.org/>. You can see the how-to here:http://hamsci.org/rbn-howto <http://hamsci.org/rbn-howto>.
We are currently running 2 red pitaya-based skimmers at Jenny Jump in Hope, NJ (http://hamsci.org/article/new-rbn-receivers-new-jersey <http://hamsci.org/article/new-rbn-receivers-new-jersey>). K2MFF-2 is connected to an DXE ARAV3-1P, and K2MFF-3 is connected to a DXE RF-PRO-1B. They are skimming identical bands, but k2mff-2 does much better than k2mff-3. We are not using preamps.
Please let me know if you have suggestions for the how-to document. I really appreciate it!
73,
Nathaniel W2NAF
