[Skimmertalk] Running CW-Skimmer-Server + WSPR simultaneously

I assume it's because WSPR needs to digitize less than 6 KHz on each band,
whereas Skimmer digitizes up to about 192 khz on each band.

So maybe the question is why can't the WSPR code handle more than 8 bands?
Maybe the FPGA has a maximum of 8 "channels" that it can process in
parallel?
