[Skimmertalk] RBN Relay Servers Down

I have just confirmed that only arcluster.reversebeacon.net/7000 is 
currently delivering spots.  The other two relays, telnet and relay 2, 
are both alive (responding to logons) but are not sending any spots.  
This suggests to me that the problem may be before the relay servers.  
Trying to get troubleshooting tonight, but that may be a few hours away, 
due to the late hour.  My apologies - clusters please connect to the one 
surviving relay.
