[Skimmertalk] Two Red Pitaya receivers on same network are getting confused with each other

The second line is the buffer size allocate by CWSL_Tee for the shared
memory circular buffer.  64 means "64 blocks." The block size is based on
the sample rate. For 192 kHz, it looks like 16K per block, or 1 MB.

No real reason to mess with it.  64 would probably work fine for the QS1R
too.
