[Skimmertalk] RBN Web Site misbehavor

[N4ZR]

Well, I can't tell you for sure, Bob, but it was a problem with the 
server software. Dave, KM3T and Felipe went spelunking this morning and 
found it in fairly short order.  It resulted from some changes that 
Felipe did yesterday, anticipating a change to https:, which he has 
already implemented on dxwatch.com.  So what it amounts to is a typo, 
but boy did it lead to confusing symptoms.
