[Skimmertalk] Runtime error

Has anyone else seen these very occasional errors?  I see one every few 
days.  The event log says:

I realize that it's a Windows component, so it probably is not specific to Skimserv.
Just wondering if it has picked me out of the crowd or if others have seen it.
