CW Skimmer only uses OmniRig to get the radio's frequency when the Skimmer
is in 3 kHz audio mode, which isn't very useful for creating RBN spots.
Are you trying to use CW Skimmer as a code reader for the IC-7300?

In any case, try selecting this improved IC-7300-1.ini file.  Note you have
to use Administrator privileges to actually save this file in the right
place (C:\Program Files (x86)\Afreet\OmniRig\Rigs\)
